My name is Leon Sanginiti. I have been a professional cinematographer/producer for over 35 years. I have worked on over 100 theatrical feature films, episodic television programs, and thousands of TV commercials throughout my career. I've worked and collaborated with high profile companies such as Comcast, QVC, Universal Pictures, Paramount Pictures, Apple TV, Netflix, and NFL Films. My expertise provides the highest quality and most polished film and video production services in the Greater Philadelphia/South Jersey market.

With a Masters Degree in Sociology, and certified in Digital Marketing , Lori Cavallaro is an integral part of Focus Shift Creative. When she isn't busy setting up business and sales meetings, she is reaching out to companies and dealing with marketing strategies. When not busy behind her desk, Lori enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.

Josh attended Rowan University. He has worked in business management for over 10 years and brings a very hands on approach to Focus Shift Creative. Josh is an expert when it comes to social media trends and topics, making him an invaluable asset to our team. An avid gamer, when Josh isn't buried behind a computer monitor he enjoys cooking and golf.
